News and Events

  • Five days of meetings, discoveries and sharing of future projects inside and outside our country's borders to make creativity a vector of sustainable development: this was the 16th Annual Conference of the Network of 350 UNESCO Creative Cities that just ended in Braga, Portugal. The Italian UNESCO Creative Cities of Alba, Bergamo, Bolzano, Carrara, Como, Fabriano, Milan, Modena, Parma, Pesaro, Rome, and Turin were all present and were the protagonists, each for their own sector (crafts and folk art, cinema, design, gastronomy, literature, media arts, music), of shows of projects and good practices. From this experience great international and national collaborations and enthusiasm will just make the Italian network of UNESCO Cities ever stronger.
