Five days of meetings, discoveries and sharing of future projects inside and outside our country's borders to make creativity a vector of sustainable development: this was the 16th Annual Conference of the Network of 350 UNESCO Creative Cities that just ended in Braga, Portugal. The Italian UNESCO Creative Cities of Alba, Bergamo, Bolzano, Carrara, Como, Fabriano, Milan, Modena, Parma, Pesaro, Rome, and Turin were all present and were the protagonists, each for their own sector (crafts and folk art, cinema, design, gastronomy, literature, media arts, music), of shows of projects and good practices. From this experience great international and national collaborations and enthusiasm will just make the Italian network of UNESCO Cities ever stronger....

The National Forum “CreativeMakers: creative skills for the future” of Italian UNESCO Creative Cities has concluded. The Forum was hosted in Como UNESCO Creative City on March 13 and 14 and was held in the context of the first edition of “Lake Como Creativity Week” a format dedicated to creativity and talent conceived by the City of Como in collaboration with the Como-Lecco Chamber of Commerce and Fondazione Alessandro Volta.
