PRIVACY POLICY
This information is provided in accordance with the Article 13 of Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), and is related to the data processing reporting to you.
1. DATA CONTROLLER, CONTACTS AND DATA PROTECTION OFFICER
The data controller is the City of Bergamo, with registered office at Piazza Giacomo Matteotti, 27, 24122 Bergamo (BG). The owner can be contacted at protocollo@cert.comune.bergamo.it or by sending a missive to the legal head office.
The Municipality employs a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be contacted at dpo@comune.bergamo.it.
2. DATA SUBJECT TO PROCESSING
As part of the processing described, we will process first and last name, e-mail address.
3. PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
Personal data will be processed for the purposes indicated below and on the basis of the associated legal bases.
Personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending communications related to content on the website www.bergamocittacreativa.it via e-mail and, therefore, for the need to execute a service requested by the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). The provision of personal data is optional and denial will only result in the inability to proceed with the execution of the above service.
4. INFORMATION ABOUT CONSENT
Any consent you give is free and may be revoked at any time by sending an e-mail to protocollo@cert.comune.bergamo.it or dpo@comune.bergamo.it. The denial of consent will have no consequence other than the inability to carry out the processing subject to consent.
5. OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA
The provision of personal data is optional. However, without it we will not be able to proceed with the provision of the service and
related activities.
6. DATA CIRCULATION
The data of a personal nature provided will be communicated to appropriately appointed recipients who will process the data as data
processors or as appointees, only for the purposes recalled. The full list of the persons responsible for this processing can be obtained
by sending a request to protocollo@cert.comune.bergamo.it.
The Data Controller may disclose personal data to autonomous data controllers, exclusively when the legal prerequisites are met. In
any case, the dissemination of processed personal data is excluded.
7. MODE OF PROCESSING AND STORAGE PERIOD
Personal data are processed by automated means at the headquarters of the Data Controller or its data processors. Specific security measures are observed under Article 32 of the GDPR to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Your personal information will be processed by the Municipality of Bergamo for the time required by the purposes for which it was collected and will be retained until that interest is satisfied.
8. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD
Personal data collected is not transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
9. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The data subject may at any time obtain from the data controller, if the prerequisites are met, access to the personal data concerning him or her, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing (Art.15 et seq. GDPR). If the prerequisites are met, he/she may object to the processing of the data.
The appropriate application should be submitted by addressing an email to protocollo@cert.comune.bergamo.it and dpo@comune.bergamo.it, or by sending a letter to the registered office of the data controller.
Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data referring to them thus carried out is in violation of the provisions of the regulations on the protection of personal data, have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor ex art 77 GDPR (more information here) or appeal before the Judicial Authority (art 79 of the Regulations and art 140 – bis of the Privacy Code).
